Yourcanvasprinting specialise in producing high quality canvas prints. All produced, by hand on site in the West Midlands. Our personalised prints are made from matte bright white poly-cotton blend canvas. Allowing them to be stretched over our specifically designed frames, without cracking or compromising the image. ‘Yourcanvasprinting’ use Epson Ultrachrome printers and ink, to allow each image the ability to have depth and true density where needed. Our state of the art printing software allows the customer to choose either a ‘gallery wrap’ (Photo is wrapped around the edges of the canvas) or white/black edges, making each print truly individual. ‘yourcanvasprinting’ produce a product that is ready to hang and can be dispatched same day!
THE PROCESS (HOW DO WE PRODUCE YOUR FINISHED PRODUCT)?
Step 1 - Your images are taken and imported into our specialist photography software by our tech team, each image is placed onto a specific template based on the size of the image you require. Each image is placed and tailored by a member of our team (No Robots here) to ensure the best quality finish.
Step 2 - Ultrachrome printing allows high precision and quality without compromising on speed (allowing us to print and dispatch same day)
Step 3 - Each image is carefully cut to size, by our manufacture crew (again no Robots)
Step 4 - Once cut the images are paired with their hand crafted wooden frame and squared perfectly ready for stretching and stapling.
Step 5 - Each canvas is foam wrapped and dispatched using your chosen method.
HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR EDGE?
Gallery Wrap
Think classic art canvas! Your image is stretched to fit the frame. Keep this in mind when designing your canvas, ensure that none of the important elements of your chosen image are located too close to the edges.
Mirrored edge
Your image can be completely seen on the front of the canvas printing. The outer edge of your image is then copied, mirrored and added to the frame.
White edge
The edges are not printed with your image. A white edge is added to the folded sides which highlights your image.
Black edge
Providing a nice contrast to most subjects, the edges are not printed with your image as this will be front facing only and a black edge is added to the folded sides which highlights your image.
